We are trying something new.

We want to utilize the CWA office in the lower level by training, from this point on, this office will be referred to as the CWA Field Office.

 We want to staff the office with Stewards on various days and times for all to speak with a Steward and will be available for things that may come up that you may need assistance with.

2024 CWA PASSENGER SERVICE AIRLINE CONFERENCE

First ever meeting with all the combined AA/Envoy/Piedmont union Executive Board members in one place…we are looking forward to meeting our brothers and sisters from other locals and open the lines of communication to benefit us all.

Hopeful to hear something about the contract… We will share what we find out.

HAPPY NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD!

Greetings!  We were sworn in on January 2^nd and have been at the union hall trying to familiarize ourselves with the business of being an Executive Board. If you have not already done so, please log on to the CWA website for 4201.  CWA4201.ORG, you’ll need to provide your information to be accepted by Marilyn as this website is private. 

We have scheduled a meet and greet for next week at the CWA office in the training hallway at ORD. If we are there, the door will be open. We’d like to bust out the suggestion box, as your ideas and opinions are important.

We also have a post for those interested in joining us to become Stewards. Steward training is set up for February. If you are interested in becoming an advocate, please send Marilyn an email at m.cruzharper4201@yahoo.com. We have also reached out to those of you that are existing Stewards, and have a recurrent day set up as well. 

We are also posting our schedules on a weekly basis, so you will know where we are if you need us.

The Illinois State Leave/Cook County leave/City of Chicago leave is a priority for us. We are trying to get to the bottom of why we don’t have this, and what we need to do to make it happen for our workgroup!

We are very excited about the job we have ahead of us!
